Terms of Service – AurVinta

Welcome to AurVinta, a platform offering spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs and executives. By accessing aurvinta.top and enrolling in our services, digital offerings, or purchasing goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and possess authority to enter into agreements. Participation requires consent to these terms.

2. Services

AurVinta provides live and recorded classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats focused on personal and professional development. Details of each offering are available on our site.

3. Digital Products

We offer ebooks, audio recordings, video tutorials, and other downloadable materials designed to support your journey. Access is granted upon completion of purchase procedures.

4. Goods

Physical items such as journals, meditation kits, and branded merchandise may be available. Descriptions, pricing, and shipping details are provided for each item.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled live session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for a credit toward a future session at no extra charge. To request a cancellation or credit, please contact us before the cutoff. Certain workshops or retreats require nonrefundable deposits due to venue commitments and instructor arrangements. In such cases, no refund is available; this policy allows us to secure quality experiences for participants.

5.2 Digital Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may qualify for a refund, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests after this period or with greater access may not be eligible.

5.3 Goods

Unused and unopened goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for shipping charges. Once items arrive at our facility in saleable condition, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to your payment source.

7. Transfers and Rescheduling

For most live services, you may transfer your enrollment to another date or time slot by notifying us at least 5 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

AurVinta is not liable for any indirect damages arising from participation or use of materials. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, product, or digital offering.
